"Our gratitude to Dylan and Julia cannot be expressed in words however I will do my best. Too many times, I see reviews that are negative in nature and do not provide the complete scope of any given situation. This one is different and I hope and trust that it may circumvent any negative review and give you some insight of this particular establishment and their staff. Dylan: Articulate, Knowledgable, Consistent, Persistent, and Customer Service oriented which helps in a pinch. I can appreciate it though because he was able to accomplish savings that we didn’t think existed. We are saving close to $1,000 on our premium switching from 19 years at Geico. Julia: Pleasant, Patient, Understanding, and just an all-around pleasure to interact with. Oh, and did I mention Pro-Active! Efficiency is her strong point! Overall, together, I can see why Maggie Dutton deserves our business. This is the epitome of what insurance companies should strive for! There hasn’t been an obstacle that they couldn’t figure out quickly and effortlessly! If you’re not providing them the opportunity to earn your business, you should because we feel like we are treated with respect and handled with the utmost care. That goes a long way!
